Do over.

Okay, so I started this a year ago and only posted once. Not really surprised. But I am recommitting.

So far this summer we have been really busy. Towards the end of May we finally under took the project of remodeling our bathroom. I always swore I would never live in a house during a remodel, but here I am eating my words. We have had a few set backs and are not finished yet. As soon as we are I will post a before, during and after.

All of the remodeling was getting a bit to us, so we decided to take a break from it and headed to Fredericksburg for the weekend. The drive was not that bad and the girls did great. Hanna Kate got a little unhappy a few times, but so did the grown ups in the car!

Okay, so this is the beginning of this blogging adventure. . .we will see where it takes us. I already need some advise. What is new?

We took the girls to Athens tonight for a Father's Day cookout at the club with my parents and brother. It was great and we all had a marvelous time. Macy Claire ws able to show off her new found swimming skills and Hanna Kate looked on with envy.

So tomorrow we start preparing for our week all over again . . .how many days until Friday?
